FA.Units are crypto-units in the electronic accounting environment of invest.fridn.com. The guaranteed price of 1 FA.Unit is equivalent to 1 US dollar. The exchange rate is fixed and cannot be changed.
FA.Units functions
FA.Units perform a double function:
1) display the equivalent of the resources provided at the stage of entry into the Fridn project;
2) display the equivalent of the profit received after distribution in accordance with the number owned by the investor FA.Note.
What is FA.Notes?
FA·Notes
FA.Notes are crypto-units in the electronic accounting environment invest.fridn.com which displays the right of claim of its bearer to receive its equivalent in profit from the Fridn project.
At the stage of entering the project
invest.fridn.com environment features
Following receipt of investment within three working days, the company-operator of the electronic accounting system invest.fridn.com will display the amount of FA.Units corresponding to the size of the investment in the investor’s personal account settings.
The personal account settings provides investors with an opportunity to accumulate FA.Units, transfer them to other participants in exchange for FA.Notes, and also exchange FA.Units for fiat money.
If an investor is interested in obtaining a share of the profit from the project, FA.Units can be exchanged for FA.Notes by selecting the appropriate option in the ecosystem. The operation may take up to 15 minutes to appear in the settings. The company-operator of the electronic accounting environment invest.fridn.com will display the corresponding number of FA.Notes in the personal account settings of the investor, fixing his/her legal claim to receive an equivalent profit share owing to participation in Fridn, where 50 FA.Notes correspond to 1% of the profit share and the total number of FA.Notes in the ecosystem is 5 000 units.
Furthermore, the personal account settings provide an opportunity to buy FA.Notes for personal FA.Units or transfer them to other participants in exchange for FA.Units.
Stages in the ecosystem
Fridn allows for five stages of financing. Transition to the next stage in the ecosystem occurs automatically after reaching the target amount of funding in the amount of $2.5 million at each stage. The share of participation, according to which the profit is distributed among the investors, is gradually reduced:
* 1st stage – 25%
* 2nd stage – 20%
* 3rd stage – 15%
* 4th stage – 10%
* 5th stage – 5%
Profit accrual and distribution
Profit accrual
Profit accrual is monthly displayed by the operator of the electronic accounting environment invest.fridn.com in your personal account and is expressed in a countable increase in the number of FA.Unit in accordance with the number of FA.Note belonging to the investor. The profit should be reflected in your personal account no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting month.
Profit distribution
At the request of the investor, FA.Units can be exchanged for cash in US dollars and paid to the investor in accordance with those details specified in the Agreement. Payment of funds in must be made no later than 10 working days from the date of such request made by the investor
